Neighborhood Overview:

Meadowmont is a planned community located off of Hwy 54 in Chapel Hill.  The development consists of apartments, townhomes and single family homes centered around a mixed use commercial center complete with retail and office space.  The community has its own grocery store, bank and a variety of restaurants and high end boutiques.  There is also a series of walking and biking trails throughout the neighborhood that connect with popular area destinations.  The neighborhood also has a 70 acre park as well as swim club.
