Hope Valley is a large neighborhood located in Southwest Durham.It was Durham's first country club suburb developed around an 18-hole golf course in the late 1920s. There is an eclectic mix of homes in the neighborhood ranging from Tudor and Colonial to ranch and contemporary homes. Located off of 751 it's a neighborhood that is convenient to Chapel Hill, downtown Durham and I-40.  Homes range in price from the low $300s to over $3M.
